The Sabers saw their record fall to 1-7, 0-0 on the year as they dropped two games in the 2015 Denise Reddon Susquehanna County Christmas Tournament on December 28 & 29.

On Monday night, the Sabers found themselves in a 16 point hole after one quarter, but slowly dug their way out, eventually forcing two overtimes before succumbing to Blue Ridge 55-52.  Tyler Williams led all scorers in the game with 25 points and 13 rebounds.  Mason Deakin added a career-high 17 points, and joined backcourt mate Garret Grausgruber with a team-high 3 assists.  Bryce Baldwin added 7 points and 6 rebounds.

In Tuesday's consolation game, the Sabers dropped a 57-40 decision to the Elk Lake Warriors.  Williams once again led the Sabers in scoring with 14 points.  Eric Lee and Garret Grausgruber each scored 8 points.  Lee also led the team in rebounding with 6 boards.  Freshmen Adam Rockwell came off the bench and added 4 second half blocks to the effort.

For his efforts, Tyler Williams was named to the all-tournament team along with Elk Lake's Bailey Newhart, Blue Ridge's Austin Harper and Montrose's Chris Guyette and Austin Smith.  Smith was named the tournament MVP.
