Susquehanna vs. Old Forge

On Friday night, the Sabers JV and Varsity basketball teams suffered two defeats at the hands of the Old Forge Blue Devils.  With the loss, the Varsity team's record fell to 5-15, 2-8 on the season.

Mark Zappe scored 14 points and pulled down 4 rebounds to lead the Sabers scoring effort.  Christian Miller chipped in with 9 points and 5 rebounds, while senior Kyle MacDonald knocked down two three-pointers and finished with 6 points.

In the JV contest, Brady Towner's 6 points led the Sabers in their 52-22 defeat. 

The Sabers will travel to Elk Lake on Tuesday night to face the Warriors.  JV game time is set for 6:00 PM.
