MMI Prep vs. Susquehanna

The Sabers boys basketball team secured a spot in the PIAA D2 A Championship game on Wednesday night by defeating MMI Prep 48-43 at Scranton High School.  With the win, the Sabers improved to 13-10, 6-6 on the season.

Senior Cole Mallery scored 33 points and pulled down 8 rebounds to lead the Sabers.  Also, Andrzej Tomczyk scored 7 points, including the 1500th of his career, and handed out 10 assists.

The Sabers will take on the Old Forge Blue Devils on Friday night at Scranton Prep High School.  Game time is 7:30 PM.
